Seeking Elun establishment partners (first 3 shops) from vacant spaces in hair salons, nail salons, esthetic salons, etc.
This is Elun, an LED eyelash extension salon in Shinjuku/Nishi-Shinjuku operated by Soter Co., Ltd. We are looking for the first 3 partners to establish a salon utilizing vacant spaces in beauty salons, nail salons, esthetic salons, shared/rental salons, existing eyelash salons, etc. Initial cost: 110,000 yen (tax included), 5% of sales of eligible menus (minimum monthly 22,000 yen), first 6 months. *Due to the specifications of FC Owners, the contract period in the description will be displayed as "1 year", but the initial contract is 6 months. We provide listing setup for Hot Pepper Beauty, Minimo, Google, etc., store-specific customer acquisition pages, reservation flow and measurement, and monthly customer acquisition improvement and metrics.

You can start small by utilizing vacant spaces in hair salons, nail salons, beauty salons, shared/rental salons, existing eyelash salons, etc. Eyelash treatments must be performed by licensed beauticians in registered beauty salons.
We will organize your market area, competitors, and search keywords, and design your listing settings on Hot Pepper Beauty, Minimo, Google, etc., as well as your menu, pricing, coupons, individual store pages, booking process, and measurement.
We analyze views, bookings, new customers, repeat customers, average customer spending, and sales by media platform, and improve listing content and booking processes. We also provide online advice on operations, recruitment, and increasing seating capacity.
Headquarters initial setup fee: 110,000 yen (tax included). This includes market area and search keyword organization, listing setup support, store-specific customer acquisition pages, reservation flow and measurement, initial design of menus, prices, and coupons, implementation schedule, and online consultation. Advertising and media costs, technical training, equipment, property, interior design, recruitment costs, photography and outsourcing, and on-site visits are separate. Actual total startup costs will vary depending on existing equipment, personnel, location, etc.
Monthly sales target for 1 seat, 6th month: 800,000 yen (sales not guaranteed). We will verify a target model of 600,000 yen in the 3rd month and 1,000,000 yen during good periods. Personnel costs, rent, material costs, advertising costs, etc. will vary depending on store conditions and staff. Royalties are 5% of target sales or a minimum of 22,000 yen per month, whichever is higher.
[Initial Support] Organizing market area, competitors, and search keywords; support for listing setup on Hot Pepper Beauty, Minimo, Google, etc.; initial design of individual store customer acquisition pages, menus, prices, coupons, booking flow, and measurement; creation of implementation schedule; online consultation.
[Monthly Support] Improving customer acquisition, analyzing metrics by media, suggesting improvements to listing content and booking flow; monthly Zoom meetings; advice on operations, recruitment, and increasing seating capacity.
[Contract Period] Initially 6 months. Due to FC Owners' specifications, the overview section will display 1 year.
[Prerequisites] Eyelash treatments must be performed by licensed beauticians in registered beauty salons.
[Additional Charges/Exclusions] Technical training, advertising/media costs, photography/outsourcing, on-site visits, and actual work outsourcing. Treatment/hygiene management, employment/labor, permits, and daily operations are the responsibility of the partner.
