At Dotonbori, we offer our customers "perfected dishes (okonomiyaki, monjayaki, yakisoba, teppanyaki, teppanyaki sweets, etc.)" created with over 28 years of expertise, all while providing them with "enjoyment." (We have the development capabilities to create 20-30 prototypes every week!)
We can also offer seasonal and local menus, and we have a solid system in place to attract repeat customers and tourists.
We can also accommodate lunch and banquet demands, so we can attract customers of all generations, not just families.
"Okonomiyaki Dotonbori" is a family-type okonomiyaki restaurant targeting families. Its locations are primarily roadside, and it can open in a wide range of properties, from 30 to 120 tsubo (approximately 100-330 square meters), including buildings within offices and complexes, as well as new constructions and existing facilities. Currently, it operates approximately 200 stores domestically and internationally. While there is one yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant for every 6,000 people, there is one okonomiyaki restaurant for every 10,000 people, indicating that this is a business with significant potential for expansion.
Human resource development is a key aspect of successful restaurant management. At Dotonbori, we not only provide training for store managers and part-time staff, but also hold area meetings to share success stories and failures. We also have a buddy evaluation system and awards system in place, and we have a full range of mechanisms in place to make our employees into valuable assets!
