In recent years, changes in the environment and connections brought about by the rise of nuclear families and the widespread use of email and social media have led to an increase in the number of people who struggle with communicating with others. Furthermore, due to societal changes, the percentage of people without a romantic partner is increasing year by year (according to the national census). On the other hand, over 80% of people still hope to get married in the future. The need for matchmakers (counselor directors) to support and facilitate relationships for those who struggle with communication but aspire to marry is expected to increase even further in the future.
