"Authentic Gyoza Tsutsumu" fuses with "street culture," offering a unique and unforgettable experience.

We offer authentic gyoza (dumplings) where customers can watch us prepare the dough from scratch and hand-shape it right in front of them at our storefront booth.
Our goal in developing this store was to create a place that customers would want to go out of their way to visit.
By deliberately making the gyoza in a visible location within the store, we create a sense of "experiential value" and "live action" for our customers.
"Authentic Gyoza Bao" has fused with "street culture," gaining support from young people through events with skaters and athletes and collaborations with apparel brands, establishing a unique position of "Chinese food x street culture" unlike any other.
Therefore, by further incorporating "young people" into the widely accepted genre of "gyoza and Chinese food," we will brand ourselves as a new kind of neighborhood Chinese restaurant—"neo-Chinese"—to provide a "cool place."
Sales fluctuations are minimal throughout the year, making it possible to create an annual budget. Unlike products whose sales fluctuate seasonally, dumplings are a "daily food" that can be eaten anytime, ensuring stable sales.
Even those with no prior experience in the food service industry will receive thorough support from headquarters.
By following the training program, stable sales can be expected.
