Industry:Retail/Convenience Store
We propose creating a bakery with a marketable appearance, products, and concept.
We can also create original items that are not possible with franchises. We will carefully confirm your intentions to ensure you have no regrets.
We offer precise proposals tailored to the market, including specialty shop ideas for melon bread and curry bread, bakery proposals using delicious frozen dough (models that require fewer steps and equipment, and can be operated in minimal space), and suggestions for trendy breads and the latest equipment.
Since most of our staff have no prior experience in bread making, we will provide support to help them become self-sufficient in their operations.
① Pre-opening Store Training
Staff will learn the basics of bread making using new kitchen equipment in an actual store.
We will also begin training part-time staff.
② After Opening
We will support staff in handling the busy opening period and helping them become self-sufficient in their operations.
*Additional fees apply for our staff to work in the store.
