We support the operation of tutoring schools!
This job involves managing a private tutoring center for elementary, middle, and high school students. Whether you have no prior experience in tutoring center management or are already running one and looking to increase your student numbers, our franchise system is available to you.
Estimated Startup Cost:Up to ¥5,000,000
Industry:Cram School/School
The most important thing in running a tutoring school is increasing the number of students enrolled. In the first year of operation, there isn't much difference in student enrollment between large tutoring schools that advertise on TV and smaller ones. Therefore, we provide thorough support from the pre-opening preparation stage to help owners increase their profits.
(Examples of pre-opening support)
• Pre-opening local market research
• Pre-opening advertising activities
Even if students start attending immediately upon opening, continuous profitability cannot be expected without increasing the number of students. Therefore, we conduct monthly consultations to objectively assess the operational situation and implement better strategies. During these consultations, we aim for smooth operation by providing manuals for dealing with parents and training part-time instructors.
(Examples of support after opening)
- Monthly consultations
- Creation and distribution of flyers before seasonal courses
- Provision of parent communication manuals
- Provision of training manuals for part-time instructors
- Sending of workbooks for regular test preparation
- Introduction to recruitment websites
- Website creation
The annual royalty payment from the owner is only 10% of the tuition fee, which is exceptionally low in the cram school industry. Furthermore, there is no 10% royalty fee until the break-even point of 15 students is reached after opening.
While other cram schools advertise no royalties until 20 students are reached, many then impose a "special charge" of around 500,000 yen once that number is reached. We do not have any such irregular practices.
(Royalty Breakdown)
・10% of regular tuition fee (waived until 15 students are reached after opening)
・100% of enrollment fee
・50% of annual membership fee
・15% of seasonal course fees
