At Meigakukan, we conduct thorough research on the areas where we plan to open a school. Headquarters staff visit the sites in person and spend time carefully considering each location. Furthermore, we analyze in detail, down to the town and district level, the population of students of the target age group in the surrounding area, the locations of elementary and junior high schools, the nearest train station, and whether there are any competing cram schools. We then determine the best opening plan by comparing this information with the target market area.
