Two specialty stores in one location! We propose store designs tailored to your needs, whether you're starting your own business or launching a new venture.
We aim to stabilize our business operations with Kyoto-style motsunabe (offal hot pot) and offal/yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurants.
We have a system in place that allows entry even without prior experience, and we have built an operation that can cope with today's high cost of living.
While currently operating as a franchisee of a major restaurant chain, this is our first franchise opportunity under our original brand.
Estimated Startup Cost:¥10,000,000 or More
Industry:Food & Beverage/Delivery
The food and beverage industry is, at its core, a people-oriented industry.
Without people, you can't create the right atmosphere.
Shushu provides comprehensive support from the ground up, focusing on close-contact customer service and cost control, all from a management perspective, to help each owner achieve their future vision.
We have secured a supply chain for motsunabe soup devised by Kyoto artisans, as well as fresh offal and yakiniku (grilled meat).
We offer yakiniku and Kyoto-style motsunabe with white miso year-round. With yakiniku, popular in summer, and motsunabe, popular in colder seasons, as our two signature dishes, we compensate for seasonal demand fluctuations.
Furthermore, while maintaining a consistent basic menu under the Shushu brand, we can also propose and implement menus tailored to the needs of local customers.
We will assist you in developing stores that are uniquely suited to your local community.
What sets this company apart is that, in addition to recruiting franchisees, it also provides know-how on store management from its own position of operating 79 major franchise stores.
