We aim for high gross profit margins in the used clothing sales business, a market worth 400 billion yen!
We've captured a huge need: not just "I want to sell this," but "I want to do something with the clothes I can no longer wear." By buying clothes in bulk at 150 yen per kilogram, we can generate high profits with low procurement costs. Our unique buying system makes it possible to achieve a gross profit margin of over 80%!
Estimated Startup Cost:¥10,000,000 or More
Industry:Various Services
On busy days, we purchase around 1 ton of items per day! By rotating 300 to 500 items daily, we can always maintain the freshness of the clothing in our store. Furthermore, by establishing a sales promotion system including member direct mail, coupons, and double-point days, the average sales ratio is 80:20 for members to new customers, with members making up the majority of sales. In addition, the average customer spending is approximately 2,000 yen for members and approximately 1,000 yen for new customers! This allows us to smoothly increase the number of repeat customers who spend a lot of money. As a result, we rarely have trouble with the number of items to purchase, and this also leads to increased customer attraction. If profits are on track in the second year, it is entirely possible to expand the number of stores further in the third year.
