Training: Training is provided to help you acquire the fundamentals of "store operation," from bento box preparation and customer service to management methods. Even without experience, you can rest assured!
■After Opening
* A specialized organization designated by headquarters prepares monthly financial statements for each store and conducts a business diagnosis. Based on this, a staff member will provide advice on store operations and how to ensure reasonable profits.
