Terms of Use

Article 1 General Provisions

These Terms set forth the relationship between ISH Group Co., Ltd. ("the Company") and all users ("Users") of the franchise consultation site "FC Owners (https://fc-owners.com)" ("the Service"). These Terms apply to all relationships arising from use of the Service.

Article 2 Membership Registration

• 1. "FC Owners Member" ("Member") means a User who has registered all required information ("Member Information") when using services that require registration ("Membership Registration").
• 2. Users shall complete Membership Registration at their own will and responsibility, and shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms upon completing it.
• 3. Users shall register true and accurate information. The Company may delete Member Information it deems untrue or inaccurate at its discretion without the Member's consent.
• 4. Members shall be solely responsible for the content of their Member Information.
• 5. Members shall manage the email address and password used for registration at their own responsibility. The Company assumes no liability if they are misused due to leakage to a third party.

Article 3 Prohibited Acts

Users must not engage in the acts set forth below when using the Service.

• (1) Acts that violate these terms
• (2) Acts of registering or providing false information
• (3) Acts of slandering individuals or organizations
• (4) Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, honor, privacy, etc. of our company or third parties
• (5) Acts that violate laws or public order and morals, or that risk doing so
• (6) Acts of transferring rights related to use of this service to third parties
• (7) Acts of reverse engineering or modifying programs
• (8) Acts of intentionally placing a load on this service's system
• (9) Acts of transmitting information containing harmful programs such as computer viruses
• (10) Acts such as providing information for commercial purposes by methods not approved by our company, or using this service for purposes other than one's own independence, entrepreneurship, or business opening, even if non-commercial.
• (11) Acts that obstruct the operation of this service, or that damage the trust of our company or third parties
• (12) Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate

Article 4 Compulsory Withdrawal

If the Company discovers an act falling under the prohibited acts in Article 3, it may suspend all or part of the Member's services or forcibly terminate membership without prior notice.

Article 5 Usage Rights and Copyrights of Posted Content

• 1. Copyrights to posted content belong in principle to the posting Users, who are solely responsible for the content.
• 2. The Company may freely review and delete posted content.
• 3. The Company has no obligation to manage or delete posted information within the Service.

Article 6 Scope of the Service

• 1. The Service enables communication among Users and between Users and representatives of franchisor companies ("Franchisor Companies"). When communicating with them, part of the User's Member Information will be disclosed to those companies.
• 2. Information provided by the Service is not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. Users shall confirm information from Franchisor Companies and transact at their own responsibility. The Company assumes no liability for disputes between Users and Franchisor Companies.

Article 7 Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service

• 1. The Company may change the content of the Service without prior notice.
• 2. The Company may temporarily or permanently suspend the Service for the following reasons without prior notice to Members.
• (1) When performing regular or emergency maintenance or inspection of the Service's system
• (2) When operation of this service becomes impossible due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, natural disaster, war, or unrest
• (3) Other cases where our company judges it necessary to suspend the provision of this service
• 3. The Company may terminate the Service in whole or in part without prior notice.
• 4. The Company assumes no liability for any disadvantage or damage to Users due to changes, suspension, or termination of the Service.

Article 8 Notices and Communications

Notices or communications to and from the Company shall be made by the method specified by the Company.

Article 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. If litigation becomes necessary, the Tokyo Summary Court or Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.

Article 10 Revision of Terms

The Company may change these Terms without prior consent. In such case, the conditions of use shall be governed by the revised Terms, which become effective when posted on the Company's website.
