After signing the franchise agreement, you will initially join our company as a "contract employee."
For three months, you will receive a salary while you thoroughly learn the necessary skills and sales techniques. Unlike typical franchise agreements, we build trust and relationships by working together for three months. This allows us to significantly reduce the franchise fee. You will not be required to deposit a security deposit. Furthermore, the royalties, which are the running costs after opening, are set lower than those for typical franchise agreements. Osouji Worker is still a small company, but its headquarters' revenue does not depend on its franchisees. The headquarters itself generates revenue by performing cleaning work independently. The headquarters works closely with its franchisees as partners. There are things that can only be done because we are a small company.
Many things are needed to prepare for opening a business.
This includes equipment such as high-pressure washers and vacuum cleaners necessary for air conditioner cleaning, detergents and chemicals, tools and consumables...
We will introduce the appropriate items for each, so you can purchase them yourself.
While purchasing in bulk from headquarters is easier, the price will be somewhat higher. Don't take the easy way out from the beginning; that's also a learning experience in business management.

Training Period
For the first three months, you will work as a contract employee. In addition to tasks you perform independently, you will always work alongside experienced staff.
We will provide on-the-spot guidance to help you acquire skills and answer any questions you may have, no matter how small. We will also maintain strong communication and address any anxieties or concerns you may have before opening your business.
After Opening Your Business (After Employee Contract Ends)
Even after you become independent, we will introduce you to work opportunities near franchise locations. Please feel free to consult us about any operational concerns, accounting advice, sales methods, etc.
For a while after becoming independent, you may encounter many small questions, such as how to calculate estimates. Please don't hesitate to ask us anything.
