An area franchisor is a company that has been granted the right to develop stores in a specific region by the franchise headquarters (franchisor).
The Momino Takumi franchise headquarters is located in Tokyo, and we are looking for someone who can manage areas outside of Tokyo and Kanagawa.
Of course, there will be a commission upon opening a store and monthly royalty payments.

* Creating and handling loan application documents

[Margin of 10% or 30% of Franchise Fee]
For those opening a new store through our company, we pay a 10% margin (¥220,000) of the franchise fee.
For those opening a new store through your company, we pay a 30% margin (¥660,000) of the franchise fee.
[Margin of 20% or 50% of Monthly Royalty]
For those opening a new store through our company, we pay a monthly royalty of 20% (¥33,000).
For those opening a new store through your company, we pay a monthly royalty of 50% (¥82,500).
[Margin of 33.3% or 66.7% of Pre-Opening and Post-Opening Support Fees]
For those opening a new store through our company, we pay a 33.3% margin (¥220,000) of the pre-opening support fee.
For pre-opening support for new stores opened through your company, we pay a margin of 66.7% (440,000 yen).
For post-opening support for new stores opened through our company, we pay a margin of 33.3% (220,000 yen).
For post-opening support for new stores opened through your company, we pay a margin of 66.7% (440,000 yen).
* Area Franchisor Fee: ¥1,500,000 - ¥4,500,000 (depending on region)
* To become an area franchisor, you must have a directly managed store.
* Momino Takumi Franchise Fee: ¥2,200,000
* Support Fee: ¥1,320,000
* Property Acquisition Costs: ¥2,100,000 (assuming rent of ¥400,000 and 6 months' deposit/key money)
* Interior and Exterior Construction Costs: ¥4,000,000 (assuming ¥200,000 per tsubo, for a property of 20 tsubo or more)
* Fixture and Equipment Purchase: ¥1,000,000 - ¥1,200,000
