At PALES, we are a personal gym that also offers weight loss and body sculpting. Is it enough for a personal trainer to just be able to provide training instruction? There are many personal gyms in Tokyo today. Among them, many are specialized in weight loss and body sculpting, but at PALES, we are a gym that also offers weight loss and body sculpting. We improve both the aesthetic aspects of weight loss and body sculpting and QOL (Quality of Life) simultaneously. We approach all your concerns from various angles, including training, posture correction, functional improvement, and aerobic exercise (kickboxing). For this reason, we put a lot of effort into training. This is so that we can handle any type of client who comes to our gym. For example... Shoulder periarthritis, golfer's elbow, inability to sit cross-legged, basketball performance improvement, etc... We have a wide variety of clients. We believe that a personal trainer is someone who can solve all of these problems. Ahead of the opening of our new branch, we are recruiting one trainer. Why just one? Because we want to increase customer satisfaction without compromising the level of trainers by having a small, elite team. Currently, we maintain a customer retention rate and satisfaction rate of 95%, and we receive feedback that our trainers are highly skilled. One of the attractions of PALES is that you can also learn management and marketing. You will definitely become a store manager within six months to a year.
